mandala

i just love little bits of serendipitous synchronicity. after being gone for several days at the fabulous awakening the creative spirit program, i came home to peruse my favorite blog sites. i was not surprised at all to see that kel has asked us to create a mandala for her "art attack" and i happen to have one i was going to share from my week. fun, huh?

mandala's are powerful little pieces of healing if you allow yourself to intuitively create and then spend time discerning what might me learned from this bit of creativity. (this one was created in a time span of 45 minutes from selecting images to completed mandala. not too much time to overthink things!!)

please let me know if you decide to create your own!

As soon as I saw the heading Mandala in my blog reader I knew yours would be special, and it is.

lovely synchronicity lucy
and how envious i am of the sort of programs you have available to you :)

this collaged mandala speaks to me of wisdom that comes from facing the world with a childlike wonder

thanks for sharing it with us

thanks, tess. do you see how one side leans toward light and the other dark? very unintentional yet capturing "our" six words for sure :-)

I love this, Lucy! That yawning baby draws me totally, love the vast amounts of gorgeous children and then the man in the middle.

The man pouring that whatever onto that child saying "ssshhh" is very playful :)

SS--keeping it handy for reflection is kind of cool. reading barbara's recent post, she informed us that "red is the color of childhood"...i found it interesting that there is a ribbon of red running through this piece filled with so many children...more pondering! xoxo
