SS--i honestly cannot remember seattle ever having this extended kind of cold...the high this week is supposed to be 35!! so, the snow is not going anywhere fast. xoxo
I heard about the snow in Seattle and thought of you. I love all three pictures (and it's hard to pick a favorite) but that pink sky in the first is quite special. Hugs and blessings,
storyteller--we are supposed to have more snow tonight. the days have been gorgeous here the last couple of days although amazingly cold...barely reaching freezing temps. hugs to you too!
That Adirondack chair usually beckons me to enjoy, or remember, a leisurely conversation with one of your men. The cool of the evening is usually nice, but oooh!, not on this day.
Try to enjoy the beauty, AND avoid the cold and ice. Usually the hills of Seattle are fun to negotiate, but not with a layer of ice!
GD--this photo of the adirondack chair looks like a mere "dusting of snow" compared to now. it has been falling like crazy for about 24 hours now. fortunately, the snow here is quite a bit different from the oklahoma/texas ice storms that you are familiar with.
